Instalation trouble

At the end of the installation program shows error:
D:\Program Files\t@b\0.958\686\tabdec.dll

Unable to register the DLL/OCX: Load library failed; code 14001

What to do with it?

same here!

HI,
exactly same thing happens everytime I try to install ZS4. I have tried to get latest DX and .NET even one of the special builds offered in a similar thread down below...

Any other suggestions?

Instal Problems

Hello.

A few thoughts.

I just did a very quick search of thew Microsoft Knowledge Base and got very few results. All of them refered to having a firewall turned on....So, turn yours off and try again.

Do you have ADMINISTRATOR rights to alter the registry?, Are you logged in as an administrator.

Have you considered installing the program to your C drive. I have seen other programs turn their toes up when using a file path such as the one you used.

If the above do not help you might want to ask the author for help on a manual install of the DLL in question. Its a one line string that you enter from a DOS prompt...easy to do as a rule...all you need is the correct info from the author.

Finally.....dont mess around re-installing .Net etc It will not help at best and at worst you could have a mishap and screw everything up.
