Fix: Improve clip file information in track properties tab


The properties tab should at least display the full path name of a media file (video,picture etc). When a project is being loaded we should check the possibility of following links under win32 or at least allow the replacement of a media file by dragging it onto a track...

properties panel

the track properties panel now allows the track label (visible in project tree view and arrangement pane tracks) to be modified and the full file name including directories is visible when applicable.

Following windows links in the directory browser is not implemented.
